Sno-Blast 2008

There were many things going on for everyone. Concessions opened at the clubhouse at 8 a.m. on Saturday, January 19th, 2008. We had antique and vintage snowmobiles, drag races, demo rides, and the parade on the racetrack with little floats. The Sno-Mobile Club was the only entry with a float. Most of the other entries were antique and vintage snowmobiles. We also had Old Man Winter riding with Fred Edgerton. Winter Knight Kevin Evans and Belle of the Blizzard Maggie Willette were riding with Connie Massey.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the town events and club events. It takes everyone who participates to make a festival continue to happen. Thank you to all of our volunteers.
We also served our Sno-Lovers breakfast from 7 a.m.-12 noon on Sunday.
Hope to see everyone in 2009. The races will be Saturday, January 17, 2009. Gates open at 8 a.m. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the races begin at 11 a.m. From 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. the Antique/Vintage snowmobiles will be on display. Also at 11 a.m. this year we will have a Frozen Pancake Toss. The building will be open from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. with food and a warm fire. Come on out and enjoy the day.
